What is a social battery?

Your social battery is how much social energy you have at any given time. Voltriq lets you share that level with your people so everyone knows who's up for plans — and who needs to recharge.

How do I update my battery level?

Tap "My Battery" and select your current level — 100% (Fully charged), 75% (Feeling good), 50% (Hanging in there), 25% (Getting low), or Recharge (Running on empty).

How do groups work?

Groups let you do daily check-ins with your crew. Everyone in the group can see each other's battery level for the day, so you always know the vibe before making plans.

What are Signals?

Signals let you send a quick nudge to someone — like "I'm free" or "low energy today" — without having to text. It's a low-pressure way to communicate your social availability.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel your Voltriq subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@myvoltriq.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and we'll process it within 7 days.
